Blaine, Wellington.•8:45 a.m. Non-Injury, hit and run accident in the 300 block W. 8th, Wellington involved an unknown vehicle and a fixed object/sign owned by Kansas Department of Transportation.•9:21 a.m. Officers investigated a theft by a known suspect in the 500 block S. H, Wellington.•2:45 p.m. Nickolas W. Brown, 22, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with dog at large.•5:40 p.m. Manda K.
