Vedhalam: First look of Ajith’s Thala 56 is reminiscent of Red

first_imgThe most-anticipated film, sorry, the title of the most-anticipated film is out. Ajith, an actor who is known to keep to himself, seems to have taken that a notch further. His next film, which has been called Thala 56 so far, has now been named Vedhalam.ALSO READ: After Paayum Puli, Suseenthiran would like to work with Vijay or Ajith For his earlier film Aarambam too, a similar stunt had been attempted by the team. Keeping Ajith’s fans waiting with bated breath for just the title of the film is yet another tool that has helped the reach of Vedhalam increase manifold. The music director of Vedhalam, Anirudh Ravichander, took to Twitter to share the poster of the film. Welcome our #Vedhalam 🙂 pic.twitter.com/0szeE3QM1x Anirudh Ravichander (@anirudhofficial) September 23, 2015Ajith is still sporting his salt-and-pepper look, but his hair is closely cropped, a la the Zero Cut. The new look reminds one of Ajith’s 2002 film Red.Vedhalam, which is directed by Siruthai Siva, stars Shruti Haasan, Lakshmi Menon and Ankit Chouhan in pivotal roles.last_img read more
